Another year another Splendour. This year round I wasn’t as exhausted or horribly presented as I actually stayed at an AirBnB and slept in a real bed. Damn that was the best feeling after 12+ hour days photographing.

The weekend started by setting our accomodation up in Byron; three photographers and my future husband. Miranda, Charlie and myself set up workspaces as Jacob organised a huuuuuge dinner and beers for us. When Friday kicked off we were (or at least I was) a tad fuzzy, but it was a wonderful day nonetheless. I also met the cutest little bub you could imagine that day, and photographed him. The weekend went along with three exhaustive days of photographing. Despite the exhaustion it had to be one of my favourite Splendours I’ve captured. The people I met were delightful and surprisingly great to chat with, you couldn’t fault a single artist, and everyday start and ended in absolute perfection.
